| We decided to try something different this Christmas Eve. The weather was a gorgeous 70 degrees, so we took lunch to a favorite park in nearby Costa Mesa. We ended up playing a spontaneous game of "Lava Monster" that turned out to be a lot of fun. We were lucky to have Brett on hand with his camera |

| The Volcom skate park is adjacent to the play area, so of course we had to take a moment for the boys to do some Christmas Eve skating - FUN! |

| After a quick stop at two nursing homes for some carolling, we came home for a yummy Cranberry Chicken Christmas Eve dinner with Grandma Holbrook and Aunt Kari. |
