Kony is one of the most dangerous men in the world and irt is because of the army of children that he has created. Recently his number in the army of children have dropped to a few hundred hardcore fighters but Kony has enslaved a total of 30,000 children. He was in Uganda for quite some time but now he is known to be lurking around Congo and Central Africa. Recently Obama has agreed to send 100 American Troops to Uganda to help the Ugandan army track down Kony. Is this a good thing or a bad thing. The way I see it, there are two different sides you can be on. One side says, "No! it is wrong for Obama to send out people. What does that have to do with America?! It isn't America's job to take care of the bad things that happen in different countries." The other way of looking at is "If we don't take the opportunity to help, who will. For years we have seen America do nothing simply because it is the right thing to do. No, America only helps people when there is something that they will finacially benifit from." People are saying things like "We don't need to get involved in another countries trash. Last time that happened, it did nothing but hurt the country." What do you think?
